All purchases made on our website are considered final. We strictly follow a No Return Policy. Once an order is successfully placed, processed, and delivered, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.
This policy applies to all products listed on our website, including stitched garments, semi-stitched outfits, unstitched fabrics, customized items, and products purchased during sales or promotional offers. We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of color, design preference, fabric expectation, or minor variation in appearance.
Furthermore, product images displayed on the website are captured under professional lighting. As a result, slight variations in color may occur due to screen resolution, lighting conditions, and device display settings. Such minor differences shall not be considered valid grounds for return.
Exchange Policy (Size Issues Only)
Although we do not offer returns, we understand that selecting the correct size while shopping online can sometimes be challenging. Therefore, we offer a limited exchange facility strictly for size-related concerns.
Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Any request received after this period will not be considered. In addition, the product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
To ensure transparency and prevent misuse, customers must provide a clear unboxing video along with product images while requesting an exchange. The unboxing video should clearly show the package being opened for the first time without any cuts or edits.
Once we receive and verify the returned item (for approved size exchange cases), the exchange process will be initiated. Please note that shipping charges for exchange, if applicable, may need to be borne by the customer.
Order Confirmation and Customer Responsibility
We strongly recommend that customers carefully review product descriptions, measurements, size charts, fabric details, and other specifications before completing their purchase. Each product page provides detailed information to help you make an informed decision.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have thoroughly reviewed the product information and agree to our No Return and Limited Exchange Policy. Therefore, we request customers to shop responsibly and reach out to us in case of any pre-purchase queries.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

- Items without original packaging or missing tags

Refund Policy
Since we operate under a No Return Policy, refunds are generally not applicable. However, there are certain exceptional situations where a refund may be processed.
Refunds will only be initiated if:

- We are unable to fulfill your order for operational reasons
