No Return Policy

All purchases made on our website are considered final. We strictly follow a No Return Policy. Once an order has been successfully placed, processed, and delivered, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.

This Return Policy applies to all products available on our website including stitched garments, semi-stitched outfits, unstitched fabrics, customized items, and products purchased during sales or promotional offers.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of color, personal design preference, fabric expectation, or minor variations in appearance.

Product images displayed on our website are captured under professional lighting conditions. Due to differences in screen resolution, lighting, and device display settings, slight color variations may occur. These minor variations will not be considered valid reasons under our Return Policy.

Exchange Policy (Size Issues Only)

Exchange Eligibility

While our Return Policy does not allow returns, we understand that choosing the correct size during online shopping can sometimes be challenging. Therefore, we offer a limited exchange facility strictly for size-related issues.

Customers must raise an exchange request within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Exchange Conditions

To qualify for a size exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • Unworn
  • In original condition
  • With all tags and packaging intact

Customers must also provide a clear unboxing video along with product images when requesting an exchange. The video must clearly show the package being opened for the first time without cuts or edits.

Once we receive and verify the returned item for exchange eligibility, the exchange process will begin. Please note that shipping charges for the exchange may need to be paid by the customer.

Order Confirmation and Customer Responsibility

We strongly recommend customers carefully review product descriptions, size charts, fabric details, and measurements before placing an order.

Each product page provides detailed information to help customers make an informed decision. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our Return Policy and Limited Exchange Policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable under our Return Policy:

  • All stitched garments
  • Semi-stitched garments
  • Unstitched fabrics
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Sale and clearance items
  • Gift cards or discounted products
  • Items without original packaging or missing tags

Refund Policy

Since we operate under a No Return Policy, refunds are generally not applicable.

However, refunds may be processed in exceptional situations such as:

  • The order is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances
  • The product becomes unavailable after payment confirmation
  • We are unable to fulfill the order for operational reasons

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
