We deliver across India as well as internationally to most countries worldwide.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We deliver across all pin codes within India. Shipping charges are applicable on all orders regardless of the order value. The exact shipping charge will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All payments must be made online at the time of placing the order.

All prices displayed on our website for customers within India are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes and GST. No extra charges will be levied on customers beyond what is shown at checkout.

Neither Mittal Sarees nor our delivery partners within India will ever request customers to pay any additional duties or taxes directly. Kindly do not click on any links or respond to emails or text messages asking for payment of GST, VAT, or other taxes, as these are not genuine.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries worldwide. Shipping charges vary by country and order details, and will be calculated at checkout.

All international orders are shipped from our warehouse in Panipat, India, to your provided shipping address via DHL, FedEx, or Aramex, depending on the delivery location.

Due to the nature of international shipping, you may be required to pay additional import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs authorities and are entirely the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to calculate in advance when and how much these charges will be levied.

To make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, we have arranged with our delivery partners to customs clear your goods and deliver them to your doorstep, provided any customs charges incurred are cleared by you. Payment of customs duties is required prior to delivery, at the point when the shipment arrives at the customs checkpoint. Once the customs duties have been settled, the shipment is released and promptly delivered to its destination.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, an order confirmation message along with your order number will appear on your screen, and you will also receive a confirmation email. If there are any issues in processing your order, we will contact you directly or notify you by email.

For Made-to-Order (MTO) products, you will receive automated email update informing you about the current stage of your order.

Order Shipment and Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the courier partner's name and your tracking number. You can use this number on the courier's official website to track your order.

Order Delivery

The estimated delivery time for each product is mentioned on its product page. We recommend reviewing the estimated delivery date before proceeding to checkout. Please note that delivery to remote or difficult-to-reach locations may take additional time.

The estimated delivery date may vary depending on the size selected, as certain sizes may fall under the Made-to-Order (MTO) category. We offer domestic delivery within 7–10 business days and international delivery within 7–15 business days from the date of dispatch.

Change in Shipping Address

If you notice an error in the shipping address or wish to change it, please contact our customer support team immediately within 24 hours of placing your order via email at support@mittalsarees.com or by phone at +91 8930270049 or +91 9608700008. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to update the address or redirect the shipment.

Product Insurance

If your product arrives damaged or the packaging appears to have been tampered with, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving it via email at support@mittalsarees.com or by phone at +91 8930270049 or +91 9608700008.

Shipping Partners

We ship via DHL, FedEx, and Aramex for International shipments. We use Delhivery and DTDC  for Domestic Shipments within India. In case of any damage to the product while in transit, the shipping partner shall be held liable for the same.
